Froot Loops Are All the Same Flavor

froot-loops-are-all-the-same

Well there goes another childhood myth down the toilet.  Froot Loops "flavors" taste all the same.  It's all food coloring. You have deceived me for the last time Toucan Sam. Seems the folks at Time have the straight dope on this one. Oh by the way, happy birthday Toucan Sam, Froot Loops was first introduced in 1963. It is not called Fruit Loops, you got to be loopy to think there are real fruits in that box of sugar. What did you expect from a talking toucan.

Please do not tell me that Captain Crunch never served in the navy. I cannot take another hit on my childhood innocence.

The spokescharacter for the cereal isn't the only thing that's remained constant since the introduction of Froot Loops in 1963. The flavor has as well. And that's singular. According to Kellogg's, all of those delectable loops are flavored the same.
